After encountering customer complaints during the initial phase of mass production, we proactively collaborated closely with our customers. Similarly, newly mass-produced products delivered to Company S have also remained flawless since the start of mass production, underscoring the exceptional capabilities and unwavering commitment of both sides in addressing challenges, enhancing quality, and effectively managing risks.
