Pool high-quality resources to tackle these challenges collaboratively, ensuring that the industrial system remains independent, controllable, secure, and reliable, thereby keeping the national economic cycle flowing smoothly. Meanwhile, strengthen domestic exploration, development, and reserves of vital energy and mineral resources, accelerate the planning and construction of a new-generation energy system, and enhance the nation's strategic reserves and supply capabilities.

1. Third week of December passenger car sales
In the third week of December, new energy vehicle sales reached 162,000 units, with an average daily sales volume of 23,200 units. This represents a 15.7% increase compared to the previous week, and a 24.61% rise compared to the same period in November.
In the third week of December, sales of new energy pure-electric vehicle models reached 118,000 units, with an average daily sales volume of 16,800 units—up 13.8% from the previous week and a remarkable 27.7% increase compared to the same period last month.
2. FAW Toyota bZ3 Pre-Sales
On December 18, FAW Toyota launched pre-sales for the bZ3. The new car is available in three models, with a pre-sale price range of 189,800 to 219,800 yuan. As Toyota's all-electric mid-size sedan, the bZ3 marks the second model in the bZ series. Built on the e-TNGA platform, it features motors and batteries supplied by BYD.
In terms of appearance, the new vehicle largely continues the design language of the bZ SDN concept car, incorporating design elements from Toyota’s bZ series models. As a pure electric vehicle, it features a closed-style grille layout while still retaining the lower air intake design.
3. Ningbo Signs Agreement with Geely: New Energy Vehicle Complete-Model Collaboration Project Settles in the Region
On the afternoon of December 22, the Ningbo Municipal People's Government and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group held a集中 signing ceremony for a series of collaborative projects focused on complete new-energy vehicle production. This marks a new round of deepened strategic cooperation between the two sides in the era of new-energy vehicles. Geely Holding Group will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Ningbo's industrial layout toward the new-energy sector, introducing multi-brand and multi-category new-energy vehicle models to help Ningbo fully establish itself as a leading "City of New-Energy Vehicles." During the signing event, Geely's high-end new-energy vehicle brand series project was officially settled in the Qianwan New Area.

1. Sunny Optical and Kunyou Optoelectronics Jointly Establish New Company
Recently, Sunny Optical Aolai Semiconductor Optics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, with Ye Liaoning serving as its legal representative. The company has a registered capital of 100 million RMB and its business scope includes: sales of wearable smart devices; sales of integrated circuit chips and related products; sales of optical instruments; sales of integrated circuits; sales of communication equipment; and sales of optical glass, among others. According to Qichacha's equity penetration analysis, the company is jointly held by Shanghai Kunyou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Sunny Optical Co., Ltd.
2. Four Dimensions Map: All-in-one intelligent driving products to achieve commercial deployment by the end of 2022
Li Yang, General Manager of the Intelligent Driving R&D Department and Chairman of the Technical Committee at Four Dimensions Digital Technology Co., Ltd., recently stated that Four Dimensions Digital is fully focused on automotive intelligence, accelerating its commercialization efforts in the intelligent driving sector. By the end of 2022, all of Four Dimensions Digital's intelligent driving products had achieved commercial deployment.
Targeting L2+ integrated parking and driving needs, Four Dimensions Map's mass-produced 5V5R12U product platform can equip intelligent driving vehicles with NOP+HPP capabilities (Highway Intelligent Driving Navigation + Memory Parking), with an estimated computing power of around 10 TOPS.
