1. Second week of December passenger car sales

From December 1 to 11, passenger car retail sales reached 498,000 units, down 3% year-on-year but up 21% compared to the same period last month.
This December, the overall passenger vehicle retail market reached an average of 54,000 units per day during the second week, representing a 6% increase compared to the same period in December 2021, and a significant 40% rise from the average level of the second week in November this year.
2. Zeekr 001 cumulative deliveries surpass 70,000 units
On December 16, Zeekr Intelligent Technology announced that the cumulative deliveries of its luxury shooting-brake coupe, the Zeekr 001, have surpassed 70,000 units. At the same time, the company unveiled the all-new ZEEKR OS 4.0 system, featuring a completely refreshed interactive experience and cutting-edge visual design.
As of now, the Zeekr 001 continues to firmly hold the title of "China's No. 1-selling all-electric model priced above 300,000 yuan." With its ongoing evolution, the Zeekr 001 has not only maintained top-tier mechanical performance but also achieved frequent, cutting-edge software upgrades, along with remarkable advancements in both the software and hardware of its intelligent driving system—continuously meeting the ever-growing needs of its users.
3. Geely's Intelligent Driving 6V5R: First NOA User Vehicle Delivered and Rolled Off the Production Line
On December 14, the first NOA user-delivered vehicle equipped with Geely's intelligent driving system—6V5R (6 cameras + 5 millimeter-wave radars)—has officially rolled off the production line.
At this year's first-half earnings conference, Geely unveiled its detailed plans. According to the roadmap, in the second half of this year, the 6V5R intelligent driving system will be integrated into Geely, Lynk & Co, and Geometry's latest models, enabling NOA navigation-assisted features as well as OTA updates. The recent rollout of the first vehicle delivered to a customer marks a significant milestone in Geely’s 6V5R project.
Geely also revealed that in the second half of 2023, it will add a 10V5R1L system featuring four side-facing cameras and one LiDAR sensor, enhancing the smoothness and safety of the vehicle's parking and driving functions while enabling cross-level automated valet parking.

1. Recogni Unveils 1000 TOPS-Level Autonomous Driving Solution
On December 14, news broke that Recogni, an AI-based autonomous vehicle perception technology company, unveiled Recogni Scorpio—the world's first 1000 TOPS (Peta-Op)-level autonomous driving solution. This groundbreaking solution delivers processing latency of less than 10 milliseconds and consumes under 25 watts of power, and is currently being evaluated by several automakers and suppliers.
Recogni's vision-inference chip can achieve real-time target detection accuracy of up to 300 meters under various road and environmental conditions, while also handling multiple ultra-high-resolution data streams and cameras operating at extremely high frame rates.
