Step one
Sifting the flour: Pour the mixed rice flour into a large cake mold using a sieve.

Filling: Add red bean paste filling into each compartment and gently shake to mix evenly.
Step three
Coating powder: Lightly sprinkle rice flour through a sieve until the filling is completely covered, then use a tool to smooth it out evenly.
Addition: Dust the printing mold with powder, then press it onto the large cake. Gently tap three times with a small hammer—"dong, dong, dong"—to ensure the powder falls evenly.
Cutting the cake: Use a small knife to slice through the large cake.
